1. Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are redeemable in the country of purchase and only for merchandise sold at Sephora stores in Australia or on our website at www.sephora.com.au. No fees of any kind will be charged against the unused balance of Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards. 2. Redemption Redemption of Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card is only applicable in the country the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card was purchased. It cannot be redeemed in other countries. Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card. 3. View your balance You can view your Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card balance when making a purchase. On the checkout page, select Sephora Gift Card as a payment option and enter your card details. Your card balance would be shown thereafter. 4. Refunds No refunds are permitted with respect to cards. 5. Lost or stolen Sephora E-Gift Cards If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Sephora E-Gift Card, contact Customer Service immediately. Sephora E-Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase. Sephora E-Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. Sephora will not be liable for redeemed Sephora E-Gift Cards if they have been stolen. Please do not display your Sephora E-Gift Card number and PIN online. 6. Limitations You may not use a Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card to purchase other Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards. Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are void if they are reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards may not be transferred.
